This course is designed for adults of all experience levels—from absolute beginners to those returning to riding—who are interested in personal development, self-regulation, and conscious leadership, using the horse as a partner.Course Goals
Achieve a balanced, independent seat at the walk and trot.
Develop effective, clear communication with the horse through aids.
Learn how to regulate the nervous system for improved focus and calmness.
Apply the principles of "coherence" and "presence" to personal and professional life
Build core physical strength and body awareness essential for a strong, long riding life.

Suggested Session Format (Per Module)
Each session (e.g., 60-90 minutes) is recommended to follow a consistent flow:
Grounding (15 min): Arrival, mindful grooming, and preparing the horse. (Focus on Sensitization and Connection).
Riding Instruction (45 min): Focused mounted work on the skills and gaits of the current module.
Integration & Reflection (15 min): Post-ride cool down and care, followed by a brief discussion connecting the experience with the EQUUS VITAE® developmental goal.
